Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services including chronic disease management in a team-based environment. Collaborate with staff and specialists to ensure high-quality patient outcomes at the new clinic location.
Must hold an MD or DO degree and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Candidates must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Texas.

We are looking for a physician with excellent communication skills, a passion for managing complex patients, and a high level of motivation to work in a patient-centered, team-based environment.
