The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans in a home setting. They will provide skilled nursing services, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse license and have at least one year of clinical nursing experience. Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work independently with reliable transportation are required.
