The LCPC/LCSW is responsible for conducting patient assessments, diagnosing psychological concerns, and developing individualized care plans. They will provide evidence-based therapy, maintain accurate clinical records, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient needs.
Candidates must hold a valid LCPC or LCSW license in Illinois and possess a Master's degree in counseling. At least 2 years of clinical experience and proficiency in assessment protocols and DSM-5 standards are required.
The Experiences You Bring Valid and Current LCPC/LCSW license Issued by the state of Illinois, or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois CPR Master's degree in counseling 2 years of experience Experience working with clients in individual therapy sessions Experience working with clients with various mental health needs Experience working in a dynamic multidisciplinary team, preferred. Experience working with clients in a group setting, preferred. Knowledge of current assessment protocols Knowledge of Care plan development Knowledge of mental health disorders/DSM5 Excellent listening and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional critical thinking and analysis skills Proficient computer and Microsoft program(s) navigation skills Positive contributor to organizational culture Ability to work within a dynamic culture Able to perform psychosocial assessments and develop and implement viable care plans The ability to build the trust required to form an effective client/counselor relationship. *****The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $58,000-$87,000, depending upon the applicant’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
