The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, patient-centered care throughout the childbirth continuum, including labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum support. They are responsible for monitoring maternal and newborn health, assisting with deliveries, and educating families on newborn care and recovery.
Candidates must hold a current and unrestricted Tennessee Registered Nurse license and have graduated from an accredited nursing program. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring, with at least 2 years of recent labor and delivery experience preferred.
