The Mental Health Technician provides direct patient care and ensures a safe, therapeutic environment for patients with psychiatric conditions. They are responsible for assisting with daily activities, monitoring patient behavior, and reporting any changes to the clinical staff.
Candidates must possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and complete Crisis and Intervention Training. Additionally, applicants must pass an in-house MHT test and successfully clear background checks and drug screenings.
