Albertina Kerr is seeking a Quality & Risk Compliance Specialist to support our programs in maintaining high standards of care, compliance, and continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll partner with program leaders and staff to manage risk, support audits and investigations, and ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements. What You’ll Do Serve as a key liaison for complaints, grievances, audits, and compliance reporting Support risk management and investigation processes, including tracking and follow-up Collect, analyze, and report data to identify trends and recommend improvements Partner with program teams to promote compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR), accreditation standards, and internal policies Help implement quality improvement initiatives and standardized processes Support licensing, accreditation, and state/federal reporting requirements Act as an escalation point for complaints and grievance resolution Facilitate client interviews, focus groups, and training support as needed Why Join Kerr? • QualificationsQualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent At least three years of education, training, or experience in human services or a related field At least two years of experience in service settings for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), mental health needs, or accredited programs At least two years of experience managing quality assurance processes in an I/DD program is preferred. Demonstrated customer service skills, including professional, timely, and empathetic communication with internal and external stakeholders; ability to de-escalate concerns and support complaint/grievance resolution Knowledge of Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR), Individual Support Plan (ISP) process, and Core Competencies Data collection, analysis, and reporting experience Strong written documentation and communication skills Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities Ability to meet all background check and reference requirements
