The Admissions Registered Nurse will assess the physical and psychosocial needs of patients and families throughout Palm Beach County. This role involves providing compassionate, community-based hospice care during a consistent weekend-only schedule.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Florida with a current Basic Life Support certification. A minimum of one year of experience in public health, home nursing, or a related clinical field is preferred.
Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients and families throughout Palm Beach County. This role offers a consistent weekend-only schedule—every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., making it an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking a three-day workweek, work–life balance during the week, or an alternative to traditional weekday schedules.
