The Staff Pharmacist interprets and evaluates medication orders to optimize drug therapy while consulting with healthcare professionals. They also supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate compounding, dispensing, and timely administration of medications.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college and possess a current Pennsylvania Pharmacist license. One year of hospital pharmacy experience involving IV admixtures and clinical counseling is preferred.

1. One year of work in hospital Pharmacy where IV admixtures, automated distribution functions, and clinical counseling were employed is preferred. 2. Work history with good to excellent record in organization, accuracy, quality and quantity of work and attendance is required.
1. Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy required. 2. Clinical clerkships, residencies and specialties in hospital-oriented environments preferred.
A current Pennsylvania Pharmacist license required.
