The Youth Peer Specialist will work with a multi-disciplinary team to support youth and young adults in their recovery, wellness, and self-advocacy goals. Responsibilities include facilitating small groups, building one-on-one relationships, and providing intensive support through social and skill-teaching activities.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and be willing to obtain Certified Peer Specialist certification. Applicants must have personal lived experience with a mental illness diagnosis and psychosis to share with others.
