The therapist will conduct individual and group therapy sessions while developing personalized treatment plans for clients. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide crisis intervention and support.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field and possess a current, valid DC license as a Mental Health Therapist. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.
