The Residential Instructor provides hands-on care and support to individuals, including medication administration, health monitoring, and assistance with daily living activities. They also facilitate community participation and foster positive relationship building to promote independence.
Candidates should have basic computer skills and the ability to lift 50 lbs, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred. A valid Michigan driver's license is preferred, and the ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification is required.
