Role Summary Build or grow your private practice with the support of an established platform that helps you accept insurance quickly and confidently. As a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker, you’ll provide high-quality behavioral health services to covered clients while we handle credentialing support, practice tools, and streamlined payments—so you can focus on care.
Compensation: Up to $126/hour (based on client load, payer mix, and state-specific rates)
- What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical support to clients via telehealth in accordance with your licensure and scope of practice.
- Conduct intakes, psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner.
- Maintain accurate records using platform tools (notes, templates, assessments) aligned with payer and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver culturally responsive, inclusive care and tailor interventions to each client’s needs and goals.
- Coordinate care as appropriate with other providers and resources (with proper consents) to support continuity of treatment.
- Manage your schedule, availability, and caseload using real-time scheduling and secure client messaging tools.
- Participate in ongoing learning and quality improvement through available resources, audit support, and optional continuing education (CEUs).
- Uphold ethical standards, privacy requirements, and professional boundaries in a remote setting.
- Must-Have Qualifications (Requirements)
- Active, unrestricted clinical license at the independent level: LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW (U.S.).
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or higher from an accredited institution.
- Valid NPI number.
- Active malpractice insurance coverage.
- Ability to provide care via telehealth and maintain a secure, private workspace for sessions.
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort working independently while using digital tools for scheduling and documentation.
- Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Ability to practice in multiple states and/or interest in multi-state expansion (where permitted).
- Experience working with insurance-covered populations and familiarity with payer documentation standards.
- Experience with specific populations or modalities (e.g., trauma-informed care, CBT/DBT, couples therapy, adolescents, substance use, Medicare/Medicaid populations).
- Prior private practice experience (new and experienced practice owners are welcome).
