The therapist provides individual, family, and group psychotherapy for adolescent patients in an outpatient setting. They also serve as a liaison with referring clinicians and actively participate in program development and research activities.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline with active DC licensure (LICSW, Psychologist, or LPC). A minimum of five years of direct clinical experience in behavioral health, specifically with adolescent populations, is required.

Licensure in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline (LICSW, Psychologist, LPC, LGPC, LGSW) required DC Licensure in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline (LICSW, Psychologist, LPC); Basic Life Support Certifiation, required; Minimum five (5) years experience in delivery of direct clinical services in a behavioral health setting, some portion of which must have included treatment of posttraumatic conditions; Experience in individual, group and systems psychotherapy, and clinical case management; Demonstrated relevant experience with adolescent populations required Experience in outpatient and partial hospital work Knowledge of hospital systems, including intake/admission procedures, experience working with third party payers preferred, but not required. Experience in outpatient, inpatient and partial hospital work preferred Candidates must meet the company’s hiring criteria to include a pre-employment verifications, background investigation and drug test.
