The caregiver is responsible for providing professional and compassionate in-home care, including assistance with daily living activities and companionship. They must ensure client safety, follow care plans, and maintain clear communication regarding the client's condition.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of relevant experience with the elderly. Preferred qualifications include CNA certification, BLS/CPR training, and experience with dementia care and patient transfer equipment.

The Austin Cambridge Caregiver position is responsible for attentive, professional, and compassionate care for our valued clients. This position is responsible for creating an environment and experience for the client and their families that is comforting and caring. This role works to actively engage with the clients on a personal level to understand and respond to their needs.
This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to manage and transfer knowledge to other caregivers on the engagement, excellent communication skills and flexibility in scheduling and tasks.
Successful caregivers exemplify initiative, client service orientation, respect for others, strong interpersonal skills, and technical excellence. This role reports to the Regional Operations Director.
