The RN Navigator serves as the primary point of contact for breast surgery patients, coordinating care across surgical, oncology, and radiation specialties. They provide patient education, facilitate multidisciplinary tumor boards, and ensure smooth transitions throughout the treatment and survivorship journey.
The position requires a Registered Nurse with a strong background in oncology or surgical oncology, with a BSN and OCN certification preferred. Candidates must possess at least five years of relevant experience and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
