The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients to develop and implement treatment plans that facilitate rehabilitation and independence in daily living. They provide therapeutic services in day programs and residences while documenting progress and collaborating with families and staff.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and a current NY State license. At least two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is required.

· Provides supervision to students and Occupational Therapy Assistants as needed. · Follows all regulations regarding service provision and billing. · Maintain a minimum caseload of 10 individuals (equivalent to about 4 hours of therapy). · Performs other related duties as requested.
