The Registered Nurse will provide home-based care to patients with illnesses and chronic diseases while coordinating with physicians and overseeing support staff. They are responsible for examining patients, documenting progress, and educating both patients and their families on care plans and safety.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program with an active Georgia RN license and at least two years of home healthcare experience. Additional requirements include CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.
