The LPN is responsible for collecting patient data, implementing care plans, and administering medications as prescribed. They also provide patient education and assist in evaluating the overall plan of care to ensure patient dignity and rights.
Candidates must hold an LPN license and obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Basic computer literacy is also required for this role.
Provides patient care as directed and is accountable for own actions under provided direction. Provides a caring relationship that facilitates health and healing and delivers care in a manner that preserves and protects patient autonomy, dignity and rights. Performs other duties as assigned.
