The Physical Therapist will evaluate and conduct prescribed physical therapy treatment programs while performing initial and ongoing patient assessments. They are also responsible for establishing plans of care and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, students, and other caregivers.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate and possess current state licensure as a Physical Therapist along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred qualifications include two years of clinical experience, specifically in neurological and FND settings, as well as proficiency with EPIC software.
