Provide direct clinical care, including individual, family, and group therapy, to youth with complex medical and behavioral needs in residential settings. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Requires a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field along with behavioral health licensure eligibility. Candidates must have 1–3 years of related clinical experience and a standard driver's license.
Provide direct clinical care to youth and families in residential or program-specific settings. Conduct individual, family, and group therapy, as well as clinical consultation and case management. Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable outcomes, discharge criteria, and focus on restoring and maintaining optimal functioning. Ensure services are trauma-informed, evidence-based, and aligned with best practices. Document all clinical care in the Electronic Health Record and other required systems promptly and accurately. Participate in 24-hour emergency coverage for client caseloads as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external providers to support individualized care. Maintain professionalism, ethical practice, and confidentiality in all interactions. Engage in ongoing professional development, supervision, and reflective practice. Respond to clinical alerts, quality management protocols, and utilization review requirements. Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field. Behavioral health license eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist). 1–3 years of related clinical experience. Standard driver’s license and reliable transportation
