The APRN will conduct patient enrollments, intake assessments, and physical examinations for the Opioid Treatment Program. They are also responsible for confirming addiction diagnoses and monitoring patient information via the Alaska Prescription Drug Monitoring Program.
Candidates must be an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Alaska with current DEA licensure. The role requires clearance and eligibility for hire by the State of Alaska, Division of Behavioral Health.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team. This role is ideal for a provider who values flexibility and is passionate about supporting individuals in an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP).
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Alaska Current DEA licensure required
Supervisor: Medical Director
Conduct patient enrollments for the Opioid Treatment Program Conduct intake assessments and physical examinations for patients. Confirm addiction diagnosis and certify medical eligibility for program admission. Perform ongoing assessments of patient health needs, including completion of inpatient treatment clearance forms. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and program requirements Review and monitor patient information in the Alaska Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP). Authorize the release of personal information for a State of Alaska criminal background check. APRN must be cleared and deemed eligible for hire by the State of Alaska, Division of Behavioral Health.
