The registered nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care activities in accordance with OSUMC standards. They must interpret patient data to provide age-appropriate care while adhering to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
Candidates must hold at least a 2-year Associate Degree and a valid Oklahoma RN license. Additionally, they are required to obtain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications within 90 days of employment.
