The Qualified Medication Aide will administer medications and promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents. They will also collaborate with nursing staff to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care within the facility.
Candidates must have successfully completed a state-approved medication administration training program and hold an Indiana QMA license. A strong passion for geriatric nursing and excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
