Provide individual and family therapy for children and adolescents while developing individualized treatment plans. Additionally, serve as a clinical supervisor to LPC/MSW level team members and collaborate with internal teams to ensure coordinated care.
Requires a Master's degree in counseling or social work from a CACREP/CSWE accredited university. Candidates must hold an active LCPC or LCSW license in the state of Illinois and have prior experience working with children and families.
