The Registered Nurse provides safe, individualized patient care in the operating room by assisting the surgical team and managing pre- and post-operative support. They are responsible for preparing the operating room, handling specimens, and maintaining clear communication with patients and their families.
Candidates must hold a valid RN license, BLS certification, and ACLS certification. A minimum of two years of experience as an OR nurse is required, along with a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program.

The ASC Registered Nurse OR provides safe, quality patient care in the operating room area. The RN provides care and support to patients before, during and after surgery along with assisting the surgeon and the surgical team in their tasks.
Requirements: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION/COMPETENCIES Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
