The Advanced Practice Provider will conduct physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans for a diverse patient population. They will also manage chronic conditions, interpret diagnostic tests, and collaborate with specialists to ensure coordinated care.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited NP or PA program with current certification and licensure. At least one year of experience in primary care and proficiency with EMR systems are required.
