Supervision

• Oversee and supervise total care of patient provided by COTA.
• Communication/Collaboration: Communicate with the COTA on supervisory visit results.

Policies

• Completes all clinical documentation following agency protocol and Medicare/Federal guidelines.

• Regulations: Understand and follow agency policies, procedures, rules, and regulations and communicate changes in schedule/availability to schedulers or supervisors.

• REQUIREMENTS: Occupational Therapist with a current license in the state of employment. Minimum one-year experience as a OT in an acute care setting. Home care experience preferred.
