Provide skilled home-based occupational therapy services as ordered by a physician and develop individualized plans of care. Supervise COTA staff and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes and accurate clinical documentation.
Requires a current Occupational Therapist license in the state of employment and at least one year of experience in an acute care setting. Must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and the ability to meet physical job demands.

HOW YOU'LL WORK: You'll provide comprehensive skilled services as ordered by the attending physician. You will educate patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient. You are accountable for completing accurate documentation and remaining compliant with all legal rules and regulations. MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Plan of Care: Provide skilled occupational therapy as ordered by the attending physician. Observe, record, and report patient reactions, changes, and progress to attending physician and any appropriate agency staff. Develop an individualized OT plan of care and make adjustments as needs change.
