We are currently seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support clients throughout Sullivan County.

Position Details · Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Live-In, Weekends · Pay Rate: $18.65 - $21.00 per hour · Schedules Available: Days, Nights, Weekends Benefits · Competitive weekly pay · Referral bonus program · HHA/PCA certificate reimbursement program · 401(k) · Paid time off Responsibilities/Duties: · Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene · Support activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the care plan · Provide medication reminders · Assist with ambulation and mobility (inside and outside the home) · Accompany clients to appointments or on walks · Prepare meals · Perform light housekeeping · Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities Qualifications · NY State HHA or PCA certification required · Passion for caring for adult, elderly, or pediatric clients · Strong communication skills · English proficiency · Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor · Physical, QuantiFERON or 2 PPDs within one year and MMR titers · Always Compassionate Health is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
