The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing high-quality hand therapy services. They will also supervise assistants, contribute to case management, and maintain positive relationships with clinic staff and facilities.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold current state licensure or registration. A minimum of one year of hand therapy experience or completion of Level II fieldwork in hand therapy is required.

Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers. Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care. Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff. Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).
Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy. National registration and state licensure or registration REQUIRED to start. Newly licensed OT graduates with level 2 fieldwork in hand therapy and Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 1 year current hand therapy Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
