The Primary Care Provider will conduct patient screenings, diagnoses, and treatments while providing compassionate, evidence-based care. They will also collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient services and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Candidates must hold a valid New York State license as an MD, DO, or NP, along with current DEA and CPR certifications. Experience in community-based primary care and board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Infectious Disease is required.

Callen-Lorde is seeking a Primary Care Provider (NP/MD/DO) who specializes in HIV care to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. As a PCP at Callen-Lorde, you key responsibilities will include: Clinical Care Conduct patient screenings, examinations, diagnoses, and treatments across the lifespan. Provide care that is respectful, compassionate, unbiased, and consistent with evidence-based guidelines. Deliver care in scheduled 20-40 minute appointments and ensure timely follow-up on patient needs, test results, and referrals. Document all care promptly in the electronic health record (EPIC). Provide primary care services Collaboration & Coordination Make appropriate internal and external referrals. Work effectively within a team-based care model, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Quality & Professional Development Participate in quality improvement initiatives and case conferences. Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including continuing medical education. Per Diem Rates Per Diem Day $400/session Per Diem Evening $500/session Per Diem Clinic Full Day $750/session Per Diem Clinic Half Day $500/session Work Schedule: Callen-Lorde is open Monday through Saturday. This is a per diem position and we are seeking Saturday coverage.
