COMPENSATION • Year one guarantee

• $270,000
• Year two production average: $330,000
• Schedule: 4-day workweek, 18 patients per day
• Call: Shared only, no hospital call requirements

• A $65,000 incentive pool covers relocation assistance, loan repayment options, and a negotiable sign-on bonus structured around what matters most to you.

• You will step into a fully established outpatient panel with 50 years of patient relationships behind it. No building from scratch, no startup friction. The practice is relationship-centered and independent, with physician autonomy backed by strong administrative support.
