Support clients in mobility and transportation to appointments or activities. Adhere to all safety and health regulations to ensure quality care.
High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred. Prior experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Basic understanding of healthcare procedures and safety protocols. Must pass background checks and drug screening. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
