This role provides direct clinical patient care and assumes responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing care on a per-shift basis. It also involves supervising staff and supporting the CNO to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care across various critical care units.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of current experience in their specialty. Required certifications include current licensure and AHA BLS, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NRP as applicable to the unit.
