The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, following established treatment plans. Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring resident conditions, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing and hold a current license from the PA State Board of Nursing. Proficiency in English is required to ensure patient safety and effective communication.
Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plank of care, as well as physician’s treatment plan. Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC) Monitor resident’s conditions and report accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.
A graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing Currently licensed by PA State Board of Nursing Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication. Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
Top hourly rate $31- $35 per hour based on position, experience and shift!
