The provider will perform annual wellness exams, manage chronic diseases, and diagnose acute conditions within an outpatient family medicine setting. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate EHR documentation and coordinating patient referrals.
Candidates must hold an active and unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license and current DEA registration. A graduate degree from an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program is required.
