The Motor Development Specialist implements programs recommended by Occupational and Physical Therapists to help individuals develop basic functional skills. They are also responsible for maintaining effective communication within an interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a High School diploma or G.E.D. Additionally, 1-3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) is required.

We are looking for a Motor Development Specialist to join our team in our Pittsburgh, PA. location.
Earn up to $21/hour with election of the Enhanced Pay option.
The Motor Development Specialist will implement programs recommended by the Occupational Therapist (OT) and/or Physical Therapist (PT) to assist individuals develop basic functional skills. This position is responsible to maintain communications among an interdisciplinary team. Training and consultation will be provided by the Occupational and Physical Therapists and work performance will be directed by the Program Manager.
