The Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients using standard procedures to enhance their motor, sensory, and cognitive skills. They also collaborate with physicians to establish therapy goals and oversee the work of assistants and students.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a current license to practice in Michigan. Certification or eligibility for certification by the NBCOT is also required.
