Candidates must have a current RN license in Texas and at least one year of nursing experience in home health or a related setting. Proficiency in EHR systems and knowledge of home health regulations are also required.

You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs (OASIS experience mandatory), ability to learn Nestmed AI charting, developing care plans, coordinating with other healthcare professionals, and implementing appropriate interventions to promote optimal health and well-being.
