As a Physical Therapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with physical limitations or injuries. You will develop personalized treatment plans to help patients restore function, alleviate pain, and improve mobility.
Candidates must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and a current license/certification in the state of practice. TMC is looking for therapists who are committed to personal and professional growth.

In this setting, you will work with Medicare Part B patients in Assisted Living and Independent Communities, allowing you to follow patient progress over time and focus on improving independence, mobility and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat residents in Assisted Living & Independent Living Communities Develop personalized care plans focused on mobility, safety, and independence Deliver care through therapeutic exercise, functional mobility, balance activities, and manual techniques Help patients improve strength, balance, and overall quality of life Collaborate with care teams, staff, and caregivers to achieve strong patient outcomes Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or license eligible in the state of practice Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults
