Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Carlisle, PA Full-Time | $30–$38/hr | $2,000–$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

CarePath Injury Centers is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Carlisle, PA clinic. This is a full-time, W2 position with guaranteed hours, a consistent weekday schedule, and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Job Overview As a Physical Therapist Assistant at CarePath Injury Centers, you will work alongside licensed Physical Therapists and medical providers to deliver high-quality rehabilitation care to patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, and personal injuries. This role is a good fit for someone who is confident in their skills, working with others, and providing exceptional patient care to patients.

• $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist patients with rehabilitation programs and injury recovery Accurately document treatments and patient progress Educate patients on exercises and treatment plans Collaborate with Physical Therapists and medical providers Maintain compliance with all clinical and documentation standards

Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (required) Strong communication and documentation skills Orthopedic, outpatient, or injury-based experience preferred New graduates encouraged to apply
