The physician will focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered nephrology care in a collaborative, team-based environment. They will also have the opportunity to build a long-term practice with a clear path to partnership.
Candidates must have an MD or DO degree, complete an ACGME-accredited residency and nephrology fellowship, and be board certified or eligible in nephrology. A current Utah medical license and DEA registration are also required.
