The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate and assess patients for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders, providing skilled, evidence-based therapy in the home setting. Responsibilities also include developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and effective documentation for the Plan of Care.
Candidates must possess a Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology along with an active Washington State SLP license and at least one year of clinical experience. A current AHA BLS certification and a reliable, insured vehicle are also mandatory requirements.
