At Assisted Rehab, we partner with CCRCs, hospitals, and senior communities to provide top-notch on-site skilled and outpatient therapy.

About the Role

We are hiring a Physical Therapist to work at our beautiful partner location, Pickersgill Retirement Community (pickersgillretirement.org). Pickersgill is a warm, family-focused Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) where relationships matter and teamwork thrives!

In this role, you will provide on-site therapy services to a geriatric population in both skilled and outpatient settings, all within one supportive location.

• What You’ll Do Perform physical therapy evaluations and create individualized plans of care Deliver skilled therapy services that improve mobility, function, safety, and independence Track progress, update treatment plans, and clearly communicate patient status Complete documentation accurately and on time Collaborate with therapy team members and other healthcare professionals Help create a rehab program that patients, families, and facilities trust Why Join Assisted Rehab?
