About the Role

• The Nurse Practitioner will serve as a vital healthcare provider delivering comprehensive family medicine services across diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
• This role focuses on conducting thorough clinical assessments to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, with a particular emphasis on pain management and trauma care.
• The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize patient safety and promote optimal health outcomes.
• They will also play a key role in educating patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Ultimately, this position aims to enhance the quality of care and improve patient experiences within a dynamic clinical environment across the United States.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the United States.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or equivalent specialty certification.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical assessments, family medicine, and pain management.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with geriatric and pediatric patient populations.
