The Physician is responsible for providing quality medical services, including the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases and injuries. They must maintain accurate medical records and participate in quality assurance and academic activities within the health center.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree and have successfully completed a residency. Required credentials include a South Carolina Medical License, a Controlled Substance License, and a DEA number.
