• Overview: This position allows you to earn like a practice owner, yet live like an employee. Our well-established, modern practice is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our team. We are a general practice providing comprehensive care to children and young adults through age 20 in a newly updated facility. This is a multi-dentist office supported by an experienced team of auxiliary staff. As an Associate, you’ll focus fully on your clinical skills without the administrative responsibilities of running a practice. The position is production-based, offering exceptional earning potential and benefits. You’ll be providing routine exams, general restorative treatment, and hygiene checks 4–5 days per week. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required, and new graduates are welcome.
