Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support. Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document client care and progress accurately and timely. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Adhere to all safety and health regulations to ensure client well-being.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving preferred. Previous experience in home health care or caregiving is a plus. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. CPR and First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
