Provide individual, group, and family mental health services and case management to youth and families in the community. Coordinate various social, medical, and educational services while maintaining documentation and achieving productivity thresholds.
Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field and be independently licensed as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPC. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and preferably two years of experience working with youth and families.
This position is a contractor role and is paid based on billed services. Candidates must be independently licensed (LICSW, LMFT, or LPC) and will be responsible for completing Diagnostic Assessments, providing Individual Therapy, and developing Service Plans. Contractors are expected to maintain a minimum caseload of 10 cases when referrals are available, with the ability to set an appropriate case cap. Master’s Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution. 2 years of work experience working in direct service with youth and families strongly preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and a good driving record. A willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours in the service of foster caregivers, families of origin, and persons served. Capacity to be flexible and responsive to youth served, foster caregivers, system partners, and internal customers. Capacity to remain objective and professional in all areas of job function. Demonstrates tolerance and respect for the ideas and actions of others. Capacity to effectively work with and be respectful and sensitive to persons from various cultures, socioeconomic, ethnic, religious, and racial backgrounds. Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
