Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Job Summary This telehealth role gives Virginia-licensed LMFTs the opportunity to provide ongoing therapy in a remote setting. You will help clients work through relationship challenges, family stress, communication concerns, and personal mental health needs while maintaining professional documentation and care standards.

Position Details

Location: Virginia Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Deliver virtual therapy services to individuals, couples, and families Complete clinical intakes and identify client goals Develop treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs and progress Provide therapy for concerns such as relationship conflict, parenting stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and major transitions Maintain timely progress notes and required documentation Protect client confidentiality during all telehealth sessions Use electronic systems for scheduling, records, and communication Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Active Virginia LMFT license in good standing Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are an LMFT licensed in Virginia and looking for meaningful remote clinical work, we would be glad to hear from you.
