The therapist provides direct patient care through bio-psychosocial assessments, treatment plan development, and various therapy sessions. They are also responsible for case management, discharge planning, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a mental health related field and be license eligible for LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC in Indiana. A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health treatment is required.
